1. MR. JAMES KEHINDE ALABI, PGD (Management), MBA (Bus. Admin), FCA - General Manager/Chief Executive Officer
He bagged both a post Graduate Diploma degree in Management and a Masters degree of Business Administration from the University of Calabar. A Seasoned Credit, Investment Analysis, Financial and Treasury Management.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
With over 18 years Post Qualification Experience in Financial and Management Accounting. He has over 25 years working experience spanning through Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Publications and Financial Industries as a Top Manager of Human and Material Resources.
Alabi attended various Senior Management courses within and outside Nigeria. He was at Lagos Business School several times for Senior Executive courses on “Brand Management” and “Developing Analytical Skills”. Also he was at CBN training school and financial institutions training centre on Bank Management, Corporate Finance, Credit and Treasury Analysis. He also attended several workshops on Leadership Ethics.
Alabi was at the prestigious Senior Management Training at Galillee College, Israel in March 2002 on Management of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises where as a project leader came out tops amongst Executives from 56 countries.
He has sat on the Board of Consultancy Management where efficiency, effectiveness and high level productivity are critical factors. An educationist and career counsellor of repute, he is the author of ‘Careerquine’ widely read by under graduates and graduates of higher institutions. He attained the General Manager and group Head, Marketing and business Development and presently the General Manager Chief executive officer.
2. MRS. KEMI MANLIKI, LLB, B.L - Company Secretary/Legal Adviser
A graduate of Law from the University of Jos, Plateau State and a Barrister-at-Law from the Nigerian Law School Bwari, Abuja having been called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor & Advocate in 2001. She started her working career with Stallion Home Savings and Loan Limited in 2003. She proceeded to Chemical & Allied Products Plc (CAP Plc) a subsidiary of UACN Nigeria in 2004 as the Human Resource Support Manager before rejoining the company in 2006. She has attended many workshops, seminars and management development programmes.
3. Mr Johnson Ogietimoria Akhidenor, Bsc (Accounting), PGD, MBA, ACIB - Deputy General Manager
Mr. Akhidenor is an Associate member of the chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He holds a Bsc Accounting degree from the University of Lagos, a post Graduate Diploma in Managemnet and Master of Business Administration degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo state.
A professional and experienced Banker, He has over 20 years working experience in Retail and Corporate Banking Operations, Mortgage finance and Management Consulting. He has attended several professional training, seminars, courses and workshops in Commercial and Mortgage Banking.
He started his working career at the African International Bank Limited, where he rose to the post of Senior Manager saddled with the responsibilities variously as Unit Head and Branch Operations Manager. He also worked at Abbey Building Society Limited (Mortgage Bankers) as a Branch Head, where he moved to Adedayo Arowolo & co as a senior management consultant, handling corporate services and financial management consulting for the firm.
He joined Stallion Home Savings and Loan Limited in May 2007 as Assistant General Manager, Abuja office in charge of Business Development, Abuja and Northern region.
